Our Mission
is to decrease underage use and abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs in Newburyport to produce a healthier community.

Our Vision
is for Newburyport to be a community that welcomes, values, and empowers youth through meaningful opportunities and a collaborative effort to support and strengthen youth assets.

Our Values
Respect for all; commitment to the mission, vision, and goals of the Coalition; and be welcoming and encourage new members of our community to join us.

Our Goals

  • Develop a strong coalition that is comprised of all sectors of our community that are committed to building youth assets.
  • Support a community effort to model safe and healthy behavior for our youth. Provide our youth with safe and meaningful educational opportunities to promote healthy choices.
  • Offer youth substance-free activities within our community.
